A heart-wall is an energetic device that our subconscious creates in order to keep our hearts safe. It is made up of trapped emotions. Everyone's heart-wall is a little different and it will take varying amounts of time to clear. If you want to ONLY focus on your heart-wall, this is the session for you. If you want to focus on a specific area of concern, a Holistic Empowerment session will be a better fit for you.

In this heart-wall session, I will check/release the following:

• If you have a heart-wall (If you do not have one, you will receive a refund, or you can opt for an Energy Refresh instead).

• Release any trapped emotions from the heart-wall that are ready to be released safely

• Check for when we can safely release more from the heart-wall

• Check if you need a specific essential oil for support in releasing the heart-wall

To completely clear a heart-wall, it will take several sessions. In a single session, we can usually release between 1-10 emotions from the heart-wall.

Every person's heart-wall is unique and will need to be treated individually. Because heart-walls are ever-changing, I do NOT test for the total number of emotions in the heart-wall as I have found that that number can and does change. If you would like me to explore your heart-wall more, such as the size, what it is made of, etc., I can do that for an additional fee (My per-minute rate is $3/minute with a 10 minute minimum). I typically do not explore the details of the heart-wall in most cases because that information is rarely needed in order for us to release it. I like to keep it as simple as possible.​
